On 12/24/17 we purchased three tickets for the matinee showing of The Last Jedi in 3D. Total cost was $36 for reserved seats with wide recliners and very wide isles. The theater, lobby, and restrooms were all quite clean. The experience was excellent except for the concession stand staff who took 20 minutes to serve the patrons in front of me with 2 nachos and a hot dog. My order of 2 popcorns and a drink took almost 10 minutes as the staff of about 8 or 9 seemed to be pretending that they were much busier than they really were.
We love going to this theater. The seats are comfortable, the crowd is usually not that big and they have great food outside the normal candy, Cokes and popcorn. They even have White Castle type hamburgers that you can enjoy eating while watching a movie and reclining in your very comfortable seat.
Mega screen is far and above the best experience, easily beating IMAX with amazing sound and visuals.
Easily the best Theater in the Chattanooga area.
The rewards program is also nice.
The decision to select your seats is also very good as you can assure to management that someone has stolen your seat with the evidence on your ticket.
Reclining leather seats with enough leg room one can easily walk out to the bathroom or concessions without saying sorry 6 times.
This is my favorite place to go watch all the blockbusters. The best seating I've ever experienced in a theater. Most spacious theater, you won't even disturb people if you have to get up to use the restroom. They also have the o g drink dispensers so your coca cola won't taste like all other drinks. If you haven't been to the UEC you are missing out mega screen is the jam. Take the kids take the wife have a great night.
Very clean theater, seats were comfy and had excellent reclining. We sat at the back of one of the theaters, and there was this railing that made it so we could not go back all the way unless you wanted your movie to have black bars in front of it. I would actually recommend sitting closer to the front or middle. As always, the concession stand is grossly overpriced and alcohol free. I recommend again to bring mini bottles to poor into the mixers they have on tap and snacks if you can. TBH, I will likely go to this theater again and just be better prepared.
