I went to a big box/chain store for tires and an alignment. They installed the tires; but said I "needed $400 worth of front-end work before they could align it. Please come back and schedule the work." They had the vehicle all weekend, but "didn't have time for it".
Walter and staff are friendly and helpful and I highly recommend Automotive Solutions if you are looking for a new mechanic!
Nice people! I had a really great experience with Automotive Solutions. They diagnosed that I had a power steering hose that was bad and an exhaust leak. I decided to just have the powering steering hose repaired and it turned out great! Would recommend them to anyone!
Have used them twice and both times were very satisfied with the service and the final price. They were very honest with both of my engine issues and I am sure a dealership would have probably charged me 3 times as much and probably replaced parts that weren't needed.

I returned! Automotive Solutions got me to Memphis and back home safely for my sister's wedding. They corrected the issues that were necessary for the long trip. Spectacular job, I am so happy someone told me to go to Walter!
I was initially referred to Automotive Solutions from another shop who weren't qualified for the work they perceived needed to be done and it sounded dire. Automotive Solutions diagnosed the issue and it turned out to be a very simple fix that was less than $100. It was a huge relief.
I took it to REAL mechanics at Automotive Solutions. They put it on a rack, checked it over, and found nothing wrong with the front-end. It simply needed the alignment. These guys could have taken me for $500 (I gladly would have paid them MORE); but they did the right thing. They only repaired what was actually wrong ($89 worth). Its refreshing to find a repair shop that can operate with integrity. I highly recommend them.
